ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jeanne McNamee is the author of numerous published articles on parenting, step-parenting, family issues, and children’s concerns. Currently, she is in the process of publishing several of her Zack the Mack Series children’s picture books. She is the host of the NJWIFI 1460 AM Radio Broadcast TIME FOR BED, which airs on Friday nights from 7-8PM.
In addition to her writing career, Jeanne is a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She has served as an elected NJ Camden County Committeewoman. She also served as the editor for the Mount Ephraim Messenger, as well as a News Correspondent for The Gloucester City News.
Jeanne's love of writing began when she was a small child. She was raised in a blended family of seven children. Her love of children and their ever growing, inquiring minds began at an early age, as well. Prior to having children of her own, she was known to "borrow" her nieces and nephews. Having spent the last twenty-seven years in a step-parenting role, she is a mom and stepmom to nine children. Her most cherished moments with her children were when she was reading, rocking, and singing to them.
